Handy and compact - the ERGOSERV® tray trolley is filled with the finished trays at the end of the portioning belt. A thermally highly insulating center wall separates the interior into 2 compartments. Thus, the hot dishes to be served are separated from the cold components. The tool-less column closure system provides a perfect thermal barrier between the two compartments. This ensures that the applicable temperature regulations are guaranteed.
The DOUBLE-FLOW® docking station, which incorporates the heating and cooling technology, allows you to continue to cool cold foods while holding or reheating hot dishes at the same time. Depending on the circumstances or the present process, the DOUBLE-FLOW® docking stations can be installed directly in the kitchen or decentralized in the stations / field offices.
