The entrepreneurial adventure of Casalindolci, historical confectionery of Modica, began in 1995: after working as an employee, in the same year, Mrs. Giorgia Crucetta decided to take over the business, not only to disappoint the expectations of loyal customers, but also for give continuity to a profession that, in a few years, has become a profound passion for confectionery art. Thanks to this courageous choice, even today the typical products of the Modica pastries show off inside the shop: almond biscuits, confectionery sweets, chocolate pralines, spreads, nougats and cobaites.
